Hi, my name is Panna 👋
I'm a UX/UI Consultant based in London with over 4 years of industry experience, specialising in designing intuitive, engaging and visually captivating digital experiences. I'm passionate about transforming ideas into seamless user experiences that not only look stunning but also deliver meaningful impact.
Before transitioning into the digital design field, I worked in healthcare. While I enjoyed my work, I always felt drawn to a career that blended creativity with technical challenges. In 2018, I took the leap into front-end development and joined a management consultancy firm.
During my time as front-end developer, I quickly discovered how a lack of design thinking could affect both the development process and the user experience. This realisation sparked my passion for crafting creative digital solutions that streamline workflows and deliver beautifully designed products.
By 2020, I had pivoted to the role of UX/UI Consultant, where my lifelong interest in understanding and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds naturally led me to design solutions that resonates with users.
I believe that understanding a user's emotions and behaviours is essential for creating products that are not only functional but also meaningful and relevant to their needs. I really enjoy sharing my knowledge and I'm driven by the opportunity to use my skills to empower people, helping them achieve their goals with ease.
Fun Fact: When I'm not designing, I love going on long walks to discover new areas, satisfying my sweet tooth with a treat and a cappuccino, and lately, I’ve been getting lost in my favourite game, Baldur’s Gate 3. 🍰🕹️😊

I worked closely with stakeholders to uncover user needs, using data visualizations to support decision-making and ensuring design solutions aligned with business goals.
